Eating Good, Feeling Well

Holidays are over, good resolutions have been made and now… Where to start?
We all pretty much know what we should eat and especially what we should NOT eat, so why do we just crave for the last category?
We simply got used to those bad foods, addicted, trapped, like bad habits which we know we need to get rid of and just won’t.
So we know we have to say no.
Yes, this is going to be the hard part because these bad foods are going to wink at us, seduce us and remind us how much we love them. That first step is when you have to be STRONG, looking ahead, looking at where you want to be, avoiding looking back, staring at the good all these new eating habits are and how good it makes you feel and look.
Instead of looking at what we do not have, let’s just look at what we have, those bad foods are behind and we know they do not do us any favor. What we do have is the nutrients, minerals, vitamins our bodies claim and enjoy and the good news… Soon we will be craving for those specific foods that do us so much favor because THEY DO MAKE US FEEL GOOD, soon we will not be starving anymore because we get all the nutrients our bodies need from them and before we know it, we will feel energized, sharper, more focus and so happy to see these extra pounds melting away.
Gather some strength for the first few difficult days, they will soon make you proud of what you have accomplished, fill your fridge with vegetables and fruits, replace pasta by quinoa, take the stairs, get a nutrition coach to guide you, a personal chef to get you started on the right track and be inspired by the wonderful new you!
Here is also a good link to get you started. It can guide you with what is better for you and you can keep track and check you stick to the plan!
